On January 8, 2010, the National Broadcast Orchestra made its Chan Centre debut with a special Benefit Concert in support of its inaugural season.  Conducted by Alain Trudel, the concert featured the world premiere of a symphony by Michael Oesterle, and performances by special guests Anton Kuerti, piano, and Jens Lindemann, trumpet.
